JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Cole Buxton. As a rapidly growing brand in the sportswear industry, we're dedicated to providing top-quality products to our customers. We are looking for someone to help us elevate and promote our brand on social media.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement a comprehensive paid social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Curate high-quality content including images, videos, and captions that align with our brand's identity and resonate with our target audience.
- Manage and maintain our social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and insights to optimise content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media management, preferably within the fashion industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok platforms, including their features, algorithms, and advertising capabilities.
- Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to develop compelling content and interpret data to drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sportswear and a genuine interest in staying connected with the latest trends in the industry.
